East Longmeadow Staff). Property boundary and parcel automation approved by
MassGIS in 2003 as conforming to level II of the MassGIS Digital Parcel
Standard, Ver. 1.0
Color Orthophotography: MassGIS, 2001. ½ meter resolution.
Zoning: Applied Geographics, Inc. 2003. In most areas, zoning is parcel
based. Parcels coded as “MULTIPLE ZONES” have a zone boundary that runs through
the interior of the property.
Massachusetts DEP Wetlands: : The wetlands are interpreted from 1:12,000
scale, stereo color-infrared photography (CIR) by staff at UMASS Amherst &
made available by MassGIS. Detailed information about this data layer is
available from the MassGIS website at:

FEMA Flood Hazard Zones: FEMA created the
Q3 Flood data by scanning current FIRM paper maps and vectorizing the
data. Though the scales of the map sheets vary and the original paper FIRMs
contain no horizontal control, the data do have horizontal control consistent
with 1:24,000 maps. Detailed information about this data layer is available
